心理护理在眼部整形美容手术患者中的应用效果

目的 探讨心理护理应用于眼部整形美容手术患者的临床效果。方法 选取2020年1月-2022年 1月于我院行眼部整形美容手术的100例患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组，每组 50例，其中对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施心理干预。比较两组护理满意度、住院天数、围术效果及投 诉率、心理状态以及生活质量。结果 观察组护理满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两 组护理后SAS及SDS评分均低于护理前，且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组护理 后生活质量各项评分均高于护理前，且观察组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组住院天 数低于对照组，围术效果评分高于对照组，投诉率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 心 理护理应用于眼部整形美容手术患者中可获得较好的临床效果，改善患者心理状态，提高患者护理满意 度，减少住院时间以及投诉率，值得临床应用。

Application Effect of Psychological Nursing in Patients with Eye Plastic Surgery

Objective To explore the clinical effect of psychological nursing in patients with eye plastic surgery. Methods From January 2020 to January 2022, 100 patients undergoing eye plastic surgery in our hospital were selected as the research objects. They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given psychological intervention. The nursing satisfaction, hospitalization days, perioperative effect and complaint rate, psychological status and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing, and those in the observation group was lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of quality of life in the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The hospitalization days of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the perioperative effect score was higher than that of the control group, and the complaint rate was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of psychological nursing in patients with eye plastic surgery can obtain better clinical effect, improve the psychological status and the nursing satisfaction of patients. Meanwhile, it can reduce the hospitalization time and complaint rate, which is worthy of clinical application.
