早期肠内营养护理对烧伤患者营养状况、胃肠道耐受性的影响

摘    要:目的 探究早期肠内营养护理对烧伤患者营养状况、胃肠道耐受性的影响。方法 选取2017年 1月-2022年12月盐城市第一人民医院烧伤整形科收治的70例烧伤患者作为研究对象,应用随机数字表法 分为早期组和常规组,每组35例。早期组给予早期肠内营养护理(即入院12 h后行肠内营养护理),常 规组给予常规肠内营养护理(即入院48 h后行肠内营养护理),比较两组营养状况、胃肠道耐受性及并 发症发生情况。结果 早期组实施后血清白蛋白、血清转铁蛋白和淋巴细胞计数均高于常规组,差异有 统计学意义(P <0.05);早期组腹痛、腹胀、腹泻及恶心呕吐症状积分均低于常规组,差异有统计学意 义(P <0.05);早期组并发症总发生率为5.71%,低于常规组的22.86%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。 结论 早期肠内营养护理可帮助烧伤患者营养状况恢复至正常水平,且有助于提升胃肠道耐受性,减少各 种相关并发症的发生风险,促进患者康复。

Effect of Early Enteral Nutrition Nursing on Nutritional Status and Gastrointestinal Tolerance in Burn Patients

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of early enteral nutrition nursing on nutritional status and gastrointestinal tolerance in burn patients. Methods A total of 70 burn patients admitted to the Department of Burns and Plastic Surgery of Yancheng No.1 People''s Hospital from January 2017 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into early group and routine group by random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. The early group was given early enteral nutrition nursing (enteral nutrition nursing 12 hours after admission), and the routine group was given routine enteral nutrition nursing (enteral nutrition nursing 48 hours after admission). The nutritional status, gastrointestinal tolerance and complications were compared between the two groups. Results After implementation, serum albumin, serum transferrin and lymphocyte count in the early group were higher than those in the routine group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The scores of abdominal pain, abdominal distension, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting in the early group were lower than those in the routine group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The total incidence of complications in the early group was 5.71%, which was lower than 22.86% in the routine group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Early enteral nutrition nursing can help the nutritional status of burn patients return to normal levels, and help to improve gastrointestinal tolerance, reduce the risk of various related complications, and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
