| 摘 要： | 构建和谐社会需要利益协调制度安排的创新。分析了制度经济学关于制度安排在协调人们之间的利益关系的理论成果．指出其对构建利益协调机制具有重要的现实指导意义，提出我国要建立和完善公平的利益分配机制、畅通的利益表达机制、高效的利益的束机制和合理的利益补偿机制。

| Abstract: | The construction of a harmonious society should balance the interests of all groups with the making of innovative interest coordination systems. In terms of institutional economics, this paper analyzes the theoretical achievements of coordinating interests among people by use of system arrangement. It is suggested that such systems related to interest allocation, interest binding, interest compensation should be established and perfected. |
