| 摘 要： | 基于三弧段等距型面基点的表达式,采用Visual Basic 6.0编制程序,输入三弧段等距型面的基本参数m和rx,即可自动计算基点坐标,并利用输出的基点参数在MsaterCamX3中建立模型、选择机床型号、定义毛坯尺寸、选择刀具、生成刀具加工路径并进行仿真。选择后处理文件生成数控加工程序,显著减少了三弧段等距型面的数控编程工作量,也为其他复杂型面的数控加工编程提供了参考。
