化学毒性所致心肌损伤的病理改变及防治

摘    要:环境污染、新型药物致心肌损伤,已引起临床医生的关注。本文从心肌损伤的机制、损伤细胞的分布以及急慢性损伤的特征予以综述。并以阿霉素为例,描述其急性、亚急性、慢性心肌损伤的病理及超微结构改变;分析白细胞介素6等炎性因子在损伤中的作用;对新的生物因子和中药的心肌保护机制进行总结。进一步研究化学物质对心肌损伤的不同阶段病理改变有助于临床明确诊断和个体化治疗。

Abstract:Environmental pollution-induced and new drug-induced myocardial damage have aroused the concern of clinicians.In this paper,the mechanism of myocardial injury,the distribution of injured myocardium and the characteristics of acute and chronic myocardial injury are reviewed.With the adriamycin as an example,the pathological and ultra-structural changes in acute,sub-acute and chronic myocardial injury of adriamycin are described;the role of interleukin-6 and other inflammatory factors in the injury are analyz...
