蛋白质改性粘胶纤维染整工艺研究

摘    要:采用Anozol活性染料对蛋白质改性粘胶纤维——含丝素蛋白粘胶纤维的染整工艺进行了研究,分析了Na2CO3和H2O2对其前处理效果的影响.探讨了经除氧酶处理后前处理织物染色性能的变化以及元明粉、Na2CO3对织物上染率、K/S值和色牢度的影响,并通过试验得出一套适宜于该粘胶织物的染整工艺.

Abstract:The dyeing process of protein modified viscose fiber which contains silk fibroin with Anozol reactive dyes are discussed. These factors including, the content of sodium carbonate and hydrogen peroxide in pretreatment process, the change of dyeing property when pretreatment fabric is subject to hydrogen peroxide enzyme, the effect sodium sulfate and sodium carbonate on dye uptake, K/S value and color fastness are analyzed. A suitable dyeing process is defined.
