泾河油田裂缝性致密油藏防漏堵漏技术

摘    要:泾河油田为裂缝性油藏,钻井中普遍存在漏失现象。由于漏失情况复杂,堵漏耗费大量的人力物力,且制约了该油田钻井的提速提效。为此,从泾河油田漏失机理着手分析,考虑水平井水平段的岩屑积聚及钻具偏心,修正了利用环空摩阻法确定漏点位置的模型;筛选出不同颗粒堵漏材料,并进行室内复配实验,分别得出1~6 mm缝宽上部地层及储层的防漏堵漏配方;通过计算实钻中地层裂缝的宽度,选择匹配的配方堵漏,进而形成了泾河油田钻井防漏堵漏技术。通过现场实施,钻井液漏失量降低42.37%,处理井漏时间缩短34.04%,该技术在现场堵漏中具有很好的指导意义。

Abstract:With fractured reservoirs in Jinghe Oilfield,there is lost-circulation in drilling.Mud loss control costs a lot of manpower and material resources,and affects drilling speed.To solve these problems,mechanism of leakage is analyzed;considering horizontal cuttings and drilling tools eccentricity,the annulus pressure method to determine the lost-circulation position is corrected;plugging materials of different particle are selected and plugging formula are obtained for 1-6 mm slit width of the upper strata and reservoir,matching formula for mud loss are selected by calculating the real drilling strata crack width.Through the field tests,mud loss reduces 42.37% and processing time for mud loss shortens 34.04%.The technology has the guiding significance to field plugging.
