| 摘 要： | 本文报道从1985年7月到1993年12月检出有狼疮抗凝物质患者45例,有血栓栓塞现象14例,占31.11％。我们就其病种、临床表现、实验室检查、治疗及预后进行分析。

| Abstract: | 45 patients with lupus Anticoagulant (LA) were found from July 1985 to December 1993. The presence of the LA in these patients was associated with a striking tendency to thrombosis in 14 cases. The abnormality of phospholipid-dependent coagulation tests were prolongation of PT, APTT and TT and could not be carrected by adding normal plasma. Sometimes AT and RVVPF3sT were also prolonged. APTT test is the most sensitive test amount these tests. The ratio of TTI test was more than 1. 3 in M cases (53. 55%), while the PNP test was positive in all patients, LAs are immunoglobulins, usually IgG, occasionally IgM, IgA or mixture. The paresenec LA in an asymptomatic patient is not an indication for treatment,but in some patient,they would be treated with cor-ticosteroid and immunosuppressire aqents. |
