基于RecurDyn的履带车辆动力学仿真

摘    要:基于多体动力学仿真软件RecurDyn,建立了某型履带车辆行动部分虚拟样机模型.对履带车辆在硬质水泥路面上,由静止加速到目标车速并匀速行驶的过程进行了仿真分析.提取车辆匀速行驶阶段侧减速器被动轴上测点的转矩响应时间历程,并与相同路面、速度工况下的车辆实车试验相应测点的动态转矩测试数据进行比对,验证了模型的准确性,为下一步实现车辆动力-传动-行动装置联合仿真提供基础.

Abstract:By using RecurDyn,Multi-body dynamics analysis software,a model is established for the running system of a tracked vehicle prototype.The processes of the vehicle motion are simulated both accelerating from its stationary state to a target velocity and keeping a uniform speed on a hard road,and the torque-time history was obtained from the virtual measuring points at the driven shaft of side-reducer.By comparing with the road-test results under the same conditions,the accuracy of the model was verified.
