对齿轮热处理畸变控制技术的评述

摘    要:热处理畸变之所以成为齿轮生产中的最大难题,乃是因为影响畸变的因素太多且复杂,并在整个齿轮生产中的每个环节,甚至每一次操作都会产生潜在的畸变因素。面对如此多而复杂的影响因素,本文采用"微观分析-宏观控制"的理念及"质量平衡-相变趋近"和"传热均匀-减小温差"的原则来讨论齿轮热处理畸变的机制和影响因素,并探寻相应的控制畸变途径,最后就齿轮生产中如何控制热处理畸变提出了一些参考意见。

Abstract:Heat treatment distortion is the biggest challenge in the gears production as too many and complex factors influencing distortion,and every link in the whole gear production,even each operate action will have the potential for distortion factor.In the face of so many and complex factors,this article uses the idea of "micro analysis-macro control",as well as the principle of "mass balance-phase transformation approach" and "uniform heat transmission-low temperature difference" to analyze the heat treatment distortion mechanism and influence factors,and then to search the corresponding path for the control of distortion.Finally,some of reference processes for the distortion control were proposed.
