| 摘 要： | 城市历史街区的生存与发展不只是历史文化价值方面的话题,从根本上说它应该是经济学的研究内容。城市历史街区的可持续发展应以历史文化价值的体现为基础,以经济利用价值的实现为保障,采取“提供再周转资金-资本价值提高-收益-再提供再周转资金”的最佳模式。
