TiO2/SO4^2—催化合成异戊酸异戊酯的研究

摘    要:介绍了一种利用超强酸TiO2/SO4^2-催化合成异戊酸异戊酯的新工艺,研究了固体超强酸催化剂用量、酸醇摩尔比、反应时间和反应温度对异戊酸转化率的影响。结果表明:此法催化剂用量少、催化活性高、反应时间较短、异戊酸转化率高、工艺简单、在一定条件下催化剂可以重复使用多次。通过实验确定了最佳工艺条件:催化剂用量为反应物质量的5%,醇酸摩尔比为1:1.5,反应温度在110-20℃,反应时间为3h。此条件下异戊酸转化率达96.9%。

Abstract:This paper reports a novel process of using solid superacid TiO2/SO2-4 as catalyst to synthesize Isoamyl isovalerate.The influences of the reaction time,the reaction temperature,the mole ratio of isovaleric acid to isoamyl alcohol,the quantity of solid surperacid catalysts on the conversion rate of iaovaleric acid were studied.The results show that solid superacid catalysts have higher activities,reaction time being short,higher conversion rate of isovaleric acid.Optimal conditions were obtained by test:the mass ratio of the catalyst used to the reactants was 5%,the molar ratio of isovaleric acid to isoamyl alcohol was 1∶1.5,the reaction temperature was 110~120℃ and the reaction time was 3h.Under this conditions,the conversion rate of isovaleric acid was up to 96.9%.
