稠油井防砂工艺综述

摘    要:稠油油藏大多具有渗透性好、胶结性差和原油粘度高的特点,在开采过程中出砂严重,必须采取有效的防砂措施。目前各大油田稠油井的防砂主要基于固砂和挡砂两种机理,主要防砂方法有机械方法、化学防砂以及复合防砂。机械方法主要有滤砂管防砂和绕丝筛管砾石高压挤压充填,化学防砂主要有高温水泥石防砂和高温复膜砂防砂.复合防砂除了管内砾石充填微裂缝防砂和复膜砂热采绕丝管复合防砂外,还有压裂充填和复合射孔防砂。有限防砂、携砂采油是稠油井防砂工艺的发展方向。

Sand Control Technique of Heavy oil Well

Abstract:Heavy oil reservoirs usually unconsolidated and have high permeability. Viscosity of crude oil is higher. Oil well produces sand severely while producing, therefore sand control treatment must be carried out. Sand control mechanism of sand control technologies used in oilfield companies almost base on sand consolidation and sand prevention. Sand control methods include mechanical measures, chemical ways and compound means. Filter sand pipe and gravel pack with wire wrapped screen belong to mechanical measures. High temperature cement sand consolidation and high temperature resin-coated sand technique include in chemical ones, Compound sand control measures include frac pack. Finite sand control is development direction of sand control technology.
