摘    要:通过实验研究了煤燃烧硫化物排放特性对水冷壁高温腐蚀的影响,结果表明煤的挥发分低和煤粉粒度大将使燃烧火炬拖长,硫排放过程随之延长;低过量空气系数下燃烧偏高硫分的煤,炉内SOX、H2S浓度增大,通过运行调整等措施防止炉内受热面腐蚀难度增加。利用配煤技术适当降低燃煤硫分、改善烧煤特性可成为解决锅炉高温腐蚀的一条重要途径。

Experimental Analysis of Effect of Sulfide Release Characteristic During Coal Combustion on High-temperature Corrosion in Boiler
Abstract:The effect of sulfide release characteristics on the corrosion during coal combustion was studied by experiments.The results show that lower volatile and larger granularity can prolong the flame of coal powder,the course of sulfur release is prolonged along with the flame.When higher-sulfur coal was bumed under lower extra air coefficient,the concentrations of SOx and H2S in the whole boiler increased obviously,so it is fairly difficult to avoid sulfur corrosion by adjusting running parameter.Properly lessening sulfur content,and improving combustibility by coal blending technology may become the significant approach to resolve the corrosion.
