| 摘 要： | 在石灰石-石膏法脱硫中,除雾器堵塞是较为常见的现象。除雾器堵塞不但会影响除雾器的运行效果,而且也加重了下游设备,特别是GGH(气气换热器)的结垢、堵塞及腐蚀。通过分析石灰石-石膏法脱硫系统除雾器堵塞的各种原因,提出预防除雾器堵塞的方法,为脱硫系统的正常运行提供了参考。

| Abstract: | The demister blocking is a very common phenomenon which not only affects the regular operation of the demister,but also deteriorate the corrosion and scaling of the downstream equipment,especially GGH(the gas-gas heat exchanger).By analyzing the cause of the blocking of the demister,we have brought forward the method to prevent it,then ensure the regular works of the desulfurization system. |
