血清载脂蛋白A、脂蛋白a与冠脉病变程度相关性分析

摘    要:目的 研究血清载脂蛋白A(ApoA)、脂蛋白a(Lpa)与冠脉病变支数和严重程度的关系.方法 152例拟诊为“胸痛”患者自愿行冠状动脉造影,根据结果分为无病变组、单支病变组、双支病变组、多支病变组4组,分别测定患者血浆ApoA、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)、载脂蛋白A/B(ApoA/B)、脂蛋白a(Lpa)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)等.结果 多支病变组的Lpa明显高于无病变组、单支病变组,双支病变组、多支病变组的ApoA明显低于无病变组.冠状动脉病变支数与ApoA呈负相关,冠状动脉病变支数与Lpa呈正相关.ApoA与Gensini评分呈负相关,Lpa与Gensini评分成正相关.结论 Lpa、ApoA是评价冠状动脉病变程度的一个潜在指标,可为冠心病的诊断和治疗提供参考.

Abstract:Objective To study the relationship between serum apolipoprotein A, lipoprotein A and coronary lesion severity and severity. Methods 152 cases diagnosed as "chest pain" voluntary underwent coronary angiography. According to the results, they were divided into non lesion group, single vessel disease group, double vessel lesion group and multi branch lesion. Plasma apolipoprotein A (ApoA), apolipoprotein B (APOB), apolipoprotein A/B (ApoA/APOB), lipoprotein A (Lpa), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high den- sity lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL- C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL- C), total bilirubin (TBIL), direct bilirubin (DBIL) and indirect bilirubin (IBIL) were measured. Results Multiple branch lesions group of lipoprotein A were significantly higher than those without disease group. Coronary artery lesion was negatively associated with apolipoprotein A, coronary lesion vessels and lipoprotein A. Apolipoprotein A and C, ensini score was negatively correlated with the score of Gensini. Conclusion Lipoprotein A and apolipoprotein A is a potential indicator of the severity of coronary artery lesion evaluation. It can provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease.
