| 摘 要： | 电动机的噪声、振动是其理想的质量控制参数,对这一指标的精确测试,是其质量控制的有效措施。论文提出一种基于计算机声卡的电动机噪声检测新方案。利用计算机声卡的A/D转换功能来采集电动机的噪声信号,应用阶比分析方法消除与回转频率无关的噪声干扰,提取与转速直接相关的周期信号,无需购买数据采集卡和建立噪声室,使用方便,降低了硬件成本。

| Abstract: | The electric motor noise is its ideal quality control parameter,to this target precise test,is its quality control effective action.This article proposes electric motor examination system based on the computer sound card.Gathers the noise signal using the computer sound card A/D transformation function,Order analysis used to eliminate the noise that is be independent of the frequency of rotating and pick up the real vibration.This will improve the ratio between vibration and noise.does not need to purchase the data acquisition card and the establishment noise chamber,the easy to operate,reduced the hardware cost. |
