论新形势下高校学生党员志愿服务长效机制的构建

近年来,高校学生党员志愿服务工作取得了很大成绩,但也存在服务意识落后、创新性缺乏等方面的问题.构建大学生党员志愿服务的长效机制,必须建立健全学生动力激励机制、学校组织管理机制、社会服务保障机制,可以通过志愿者满足自我实现的需要、强化志愿者的情感体验、建立社会激励机制、将志愿服务活动纳入法制化轨道等方法来实现.

Establishing the Long-term Mechanism for the Volunteer Service of the CPC Members among University Students in the New Situation

In recent years,the CPC student members have made great achievements in university voluntary work,but their service consciousness falls behind,lacking innovations,etc.In order to establish the long-term mechanism of their volunteer service,it is necessary to establish and improve the following systems： student motivation,school organizational adminstration and social service assurance.This can be realized through the following ways： 1.to meet the need for self actualization of volunteers;2.to strengthen the emotional experience of volunteers;3.to establish a social incentive mechanism;4.to institutionalize volunteering activities into the legal system.
