摘    要:温针临床疗效显著、应用范围广,但其操作有许多不便之处。温针疗效来源于针刺手法和温热刺激,艾炷燃烧产生的温热刺激在治疗中起着重要的作用,因此有必要研究其热量传递过程,并模拟温热刺激,研制电子温针。本文采用有限元方法分析温针稳定工作时组织内的温度场分布,并在此基础上,研制毫针微型加热装置。研究认为由于金属针身的快速导热能力,组织内的热量主要集中在针身和针身附近,从而热量能更加有效地作用于穴位,获得更好的疗效。针身的热传导在组织内传热中发挥着重要的作用。所研制的电子温针依靠针身传导热量到穴位处,使皮肤进针点的温度根据临床治疗要求在37--45℃范围内可调。

Study on heat transfer of warming acupuncture and its electronic development

Abstract:Warming acupuncture has remarkable curative effect and is widely applied in clinic, but it has many inconveniences in operation. Rs effect comes from manipulations and heat stimulation from burning moxa cone. Heat stimulation plays an important role in clinical treatment. To study the transfer process of heat stimulation, and therefore, to develop electronic wanning acupuncture are of great significance. The temperature field distribution in the organization when warming acupuncture works stably are analy- sized using the finite element method in this paper. In the basis of the analysis result, a micromodule for heating needle is developed. Because of the quick conductive ability of needle, heat in the organization concentrates around the needle. So the heat could act on acupoint more effectively and better curative effect is achieved. Metallic needle conduction plays an important roles. The developed electronic module conduct heat to acupoint by needle. The temperature of needle entrance can change between 37℃ and 45 ℃, which satisfies clinical requirement.
