| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨病房护士长的管理素质与护士工作压力的相关性。方法 :采用问卷调查法对 12 5名护士进行调查 ,调查结果用相关性分析进行统计学处理。结果 :护士长的管理素质与护士工作压力呈负相关。结论 :病房管理者只有努力提高自身的管理素质才能相应地减轻护士的工作压力
