玄武岩纤维布加固钢筋混凝土偏心受压柱的试验研究

摘    要:为研究粘贴玄武岩纤维布(BFRP)的钢筋混凝土矩形偏心受压柱的力学性能,制作了9根粘贴玄武岩纤维布(BFRP)的钢筋混凝土矩形偏心受压柱。通过考虑纵向纤维布的层数、横向纤维布的宽度、间距、层数等不同参数的变化,分析探讨了加固前后柱的破坏形态、承载力及延性。结果表明:纵向受拉侧粘贴BFRP可以明显提高构件的承载力,但不能明显改善柱子的延性。若加上横向纤维箍后,却能极大地改善柱子的力学性能。而且在相同加固量情况下,条带分条宽度越小、加固净距越小,加固效果越明显。最后还提出BFRP加固钢筋混凝土偏压柱的理论计算公式。

Abstract:In order to study the mechanical performance of the BFRP (basalt fiber reinforced polymer)-strengthened eccentric compression reinforced concrete column,9 BFRP-strengthened eccentric compression reinforced concrete columns are made. Through the consideration on the variations of various parameters,i.e. the number of layers of the longitudinal basalt fiber reinforced polymer,the width,space and number of layers of the transverse basalt fiber reinforced polymer,etc.,the failure patterns,bearing capacity and ductility of the column before and after the strengthening are analyzed and studied herein. The result shows that the bearing capacity of the component can be obviously enhanced by sticking BFRP on the longitudinal tension side,but the ductility of the column can not be significantly improved. However,the mechanical performance can be largely improved,if the transverse BFRP hoop is added. Furthermore,under the same strengthening condition,the smaller the width of the BFRP tape with a smaller net space is,the more obvious strengthening effect is to be. At last,the relevant theoretical formula for the BFRP-strengthened eccentric compression reinforced concrete column is proposed as well.
