广东省大埔县孕妇和哺乳妇女碘营养状况调查

目的：了解大埔县孕妇和哺乳妇女的碘营养水平,为切实采取有效措施消除碘缺乏危害提供科学依据。方法：采取＂按人口比例概率抽样方法（PPS）＂进行抽样,抽查大埔县10个乡镇作为调查点,检测孕妇和哺乳妇女的尿碘、家庭食用盐的含碘水平。结果：检测320名孕妇和哺乳妇女的家庭食用盐,合格碘盐食用率为93.75%,碘盐覆盖率为95.62%,非碘盐率为4.38%,碘盐中位数为29.23mg/kg。孕妇和哺乳妇女的尿碘中位数为238.6μg/L;接近7%的人尿碘低于50μg/L,约15%的人尿碘低于100μg/L。结论：大埔县大部分乡镇的孕妇和哺乳期妇女碘营养水平处于较佳的碘营养状态,但仍有个别非碘盐冲销较为严重的乡镇,其孕妇和哺乳期妇女碘营养水平较低。

Survey on iodine nutrition of pregnant women and lactating women of Dapu county in Guangdong province

Objective：To understand iodine nutrition level of pregnant women and lactating women of Dapu county,to adopt effective measures to eliminate harm to provide the scientific basis for lack of iodine. Methods：According to the proportion of the population to ＂probability sampling method （PPS）＂ random sampling method and Dapu county town,as exemplified in 10 pregnant and lactation women test urine iodine,family,edible salt of iodine. Results：Tested 320 pregnant women and lactating women＇s family edible salt,iodized salt qualified rate was 93.75 %,iodized salt coverage for 95.62%,not iodized salt rate for 4.38%,median of iodine median was 29.23 mg/kg. Pregnant women＇s urine and lactation iodine median 238.6 μg/L,nearly 7% below 50 μg/L,about 15% of human urine iodine less than 100 μg/L. Conclusion：The most town of Dapu county iodine pregnant and lactating women trophic lenel of iodine nutrition status,but still have individual not iodized salt sterilisation relatively serious,its pregnant and lactating women iodine nutrition level is low.
