| 摘 要： | 【目的】建立双波长薄层色谱扫描法测定复方黄芪胶囊中黄芪甲苷含量的方法。【方法】采用薄层扫描法测定黄芪甲苷含量，展开剂为氯仿-甲醇-水（14：7：2），扫描波长：λS：530nm，λR：700nm。【结果】薄层色谱斑点清晰，黄芪甲苷在1．000～7．000μg／ml范围内线性关系良好，加样回收率97．31％，RSD=1．85％（n=6）。【结论】以双波长薄层色谱扫描法测定复方黄芪胶囊中黄芪甲苷的含量，方法灵敏，准确。

| Abstract: | Objective] To establish the method for determining the content of astragaloside Ⅳ in Fufanghuangqi capsule by thin-layer chromatographic （TLC） scaning. Methods] The content of astragaloside Ⅳ was determined by TLC- scanning. The developer was a mixture of chloroform-methanol-water （14： 7： 2）, the scan-wave was 530 and 700nm. Results] The spot of TLC were clear. There was a good linear relationship for astragaloside Ⅳ within the range of 1.000- 7.000 μg/ml. The average recovery was 97.31%, RSD= 1.85% （n = 6） . Conclusions] This method is sensitive and accurate. |
