稻属谷氨酰胺合成酶家族的系统分析

摘    要:比较籼粳栽培稻和野生稻中谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)基因和蛋白质的结果表明,水稻GS蛋白编码区序列高度保守,而非编码序列变异较大。GS2基因的进化比GS1基因保守。短药野生稻中GS基因进化主要是内含子的变异,但此种内含子的变异在籼粳栽培稻中幅度要小得多。

Abstract:Glutamine synthetase (GS, EC 6.3.1.2) is a key enzyme that catalyzes the conversion of NH4 in plants. In this paper, we compared GS in the level of DNA and protein in two subspecies (indica and japonica) of cultivated rice (Oryza sativa) and wild rice (Oryza brachyantha). The results suggested that the coding sequences of GS gene were highly conserved, but non-coding sequences had a large range of variation. In wild rice, the evolution of GS gene could be mainly induced by the variation from introns, but which appeared in lower extent between two cultivated subspecies (indica and japonica).
