| Abstract: | Based on the research for evaluating the water resources allocation of the Heihe river basin, the paper completes the design of the main structure and functions of the evaluating system, and introduces the key techniques of implementing the system. The synthetic evaluating system of water resources allocation in the Heihe river basin is simply explained at the end. |
