| Abstract: | In the paper, the toluylene diamine solution was p re treated. Using chlorobenzene as solvent, the diamine solution was added into coo led phosgene solution to direct phosgenation. After the cool and the hot phosgen ations, TDI (Toluene diisocyanate) could be synthesized. The effect factors on t he synthesis of TDI were discussed. |
