摘    要:采用以串调稳压电路为基础,单片机电流/电压监控系统为核心的双闭环控制方法,既提高了数控直流电源输出电压的稳定性,叉保证了调节电流的精度,实现了用稳压电路输出稳定电流的直流电流源。为提高输出控制分辨率,采用单片机自动换档电路粗调与D/A0832细调配合使用方法.保证了输出高精度要求。电源还设置了RS232接口,可与计算机连接构成智能程控电源。该电源结构简单,元器件价廉.易扩展.实用性强。

Abstract:Double closed loop control is adopted in the applied high precision numerical controlled DC current/voltage source system.The system includes two parts which are voltage regulator in series that is the basic of the system and single-chip computer monitor for current/voltage that is the core of the system.The method not only enhances the stabilities of output voltage,but also enhances the precision of adjust current,so DC current source is realized by using voltage regulator.It is adopted that cooperation of rough-trim by automatic gear shifting current controlled by single-chip computer and precise-trim by D/A0832 to improve control precision and ensure the high precision of output.It also has RS232 interface that can constitute intelligent current source controlled by program with computer.Its structure is simple;its price is low,it is easy-extension and its practicability has been validated.
