针灸治疗中风病的临床随机对照试验文献质量评价

目的：评价国内针灸治疗中风的临床试验状况，为针灸治疗中风后遗症的系统评价奠定基础。方法：通过机检和手检获得发表的针灸治疗中风病的临床对照治疗试验（RCT）文献，并按循证医学原则和针灸临床研究规范对文献进行分析评价。结果：临床随机对照试验论文发表数量逐年增加，尤以1995年后为甚，66篇论文中，明确诊断标准的占87．9％，正确使用随机方法的4．5％，明确疗效评价标准的占48．5％，33．3％的文献未提及组间可比性。结论：针灸治疗中风病的临床随机对照研究（RCT）质量需待提高，应努力提倡有资金资助的大样本前瞻性的长期的协作性研究。

Evaluation of the Quality of Randomized Controlled Trails Papers Relevant to Acupuncture and Moxibustion for Stroke

Objective:To assess the current situation and quality of the clinical randomized controlled trials(RCTs)relevant to stroke in acupuncture and moxibustion published in Chineses medical journals to provide scientific basis of systematic review(SR)of acupuncture and moxibustion for the sequela of stroke.Method:Sixty-six articles with RCTs were obtained by electronic searching and hand searching,and investigated and evaluated according to the principle of EBM and the clinical researching standard of acupuncture and moxibustion.Results:The papers of RCT published were increased significantly year by year,especially after 1995.Among them,87.9% had explicit diagnosis criteria,4.5% with correct randomizing method,48.5% with explicit evaluation criteria,however,33.3% with no words referring to the comparability among the groups.Conclusion:The quality of RCT papers relevant to acupuncture and moxibustion for stroke needs improving,and the long-term,cooperative and prospective study with large sample should be advocated.
