| 摘 要： | 目的:分析我院心房颤动住院患者的病因及抗凝治疗现状。方法:对2007年1月至2008年1月53例心房颤动住院患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:阵发性房颤13例(24.52%),持续性房颤40例(75.47%);高血压是最常见的病因20例(37.74%),冠心病14例(26.42%),风湿性心脏病6例(11.32%)。51例患者依据ACC/AHA/ESC2006年的最新房颤指南进行抗凝治疗。房颤患者血栓栓塞的发生率为7.54%(4例),较我院以前血栓栓塞发生率低,其中瓣膜性房颤与非瓣膜性房颤之间差异无统计学意义;接受华法林治疗20例(37.74%),出血并发症无明显增高。结论:规范的抗凝治疗能减少房颤患者血栓栓塞的发生率。
