| 摘 要： | 目的：观察美宝湿润烧伤膏（MEBO）外用治疗面部扁平疣微波治疗后创面的疗效。方法：80例患者微波治疗术后创面均外涂MEBO。结果：80例患者随访一年，一次性治愈72例（面部扁平疣全部消退；无瘢痕，无色素沉着），占90％。二次治愈8例占10％。总有效率100％，无副作用。全部患者创面9天左右结痂愈合，无一例出现创面感染。结论：MEBO外涂治疗面部扁平疣微波治疗术后创面疗程短，疗效可靠，使用方便，无副作用，为较好的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the curative effect of topical application of MEBO on treating wounds resulted from micro-wave therapy to treat facial verruca plana. Method： 80 cases were followed up for one year, and 72 patients （facial verruca p]ana extincted completely without spots and pigmentation） were healed in one treatment, accounting for 90% . The rest of 8 patients were healed in two treatments, say 10%, and the total effective rate was 100%. Result： The application of MEBO to treat wounds resulted from micro - wave therapy for treating facial verruca plana possesses advantages of short treatment course, reliable therapeutic effect, convenient service without side effects, and was considered as a better therapy. |
