| 摘 要： | 目的了解小剂量胺碘酮联合地高辛对慢性快速房颤心室率控制的疗效。方法将符合入选条件的98例慢性快速房颤患者分为小剂量胺碘酮+地高辛的治疗组和地高辛对照组,用药后观察心室率及心功能情况。结果小剂量胺碘酮+地高辛疗组能更好地控制心室率,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组与对照组的心功能改善程度相似。结论长期使用小剂量胺碘酮联合地高辛治疗慢性快速房颤,既能安全有效控制心室率,又能改善心功能。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of small doses of amiodarone combined with digoxin on the control of rapid ventricular rate of chronic atrial fibrillation.Methods 98 cases with chronic rapid atrial fibrillation were divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group were treated by small doses of amiodarone combined with digoxin,while the control group were treated by digoxin only.Then the entricular rate and cardiac function of patients were observed after treatment.Results Compared with the control group,the treatment group could control the ventricular rate better and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Moreover,the improvment of cardiac function of both groups were similar.Conclusion Small doses of amiodarone combined with digoxin is effective to chronic rapid atrial fibrillation for the long term.It can not only control the ventricular rate effectively but also improve cardiac function of patients. |
