基于脆性理论的城中村改造系统风险规避策略研究——以西安市四个城中村为例

城中村改造作为新型城镇化进程中的关键环节，为社会稳定、城市发展、经济繁荣提供了保障。由于改造过程涉及众多利益主体且各主体间呈非合作博弈关系，在实际推进过程中常由于利益冲突而引发社会问题。本文将城中村改造视为一个复杂系统，从脆性熵视角看待城中村改造系统，分析城中村改造系统脆性演化机理，是对复杂系统脆性理论的补充和完善；探讨城中村改造系统脆性风险规避策略，提出规划建议，以期构建稳定、高效的城中村改造系统，具有理论和现实意义。

The risk avoidance strategy research on urban village reform system based on brittleness theory--take four urban villages for example

As a key link in the process of urbanization, urban village reform guarantee social stability, urban development and economic prosperity. The reform process involves many stakeholders which have non-cooperation game, So there are some social problems caused by conflict of interest. Therefore, this article regards urban village reform process as a complex system and makes the brittleness mechanism analysis from entropy aspect. By means of this, we discuss the way to avoid brittleness risk and construct the urban village reform system which stable and efficient. It has theoretical significance and practical significance.
