基于弹簧阻尼器的风机桥架的减振设计

摘    要:针对空冷电厂风机运行时引起的风机桥架振动问题,运用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对由钢桁架和钢筋混凝土框架组成的风机桥架系统进行减振设计.通过在支撑板与风机桥架之间设置弹簧阻尼器,致使风机桥架各测点的振动大幅下降,很多地方的减幅可达90%.实验结果显示,在支撑板与风机桥架之间设置弹簧阻尼器减振效果明显,这为合理设计风机桥架提供了依据.
