红颜草莓茎尖组培脱毒苗技术研究

摘    要:为解决草莓的病毒病,进行草莓茎尖脱毒组培技术试验。北京金六环农业园2009年从日本引入试验用红颜草莓在北京金六环农业园组培室进行组培。取2.0~3.0cm长的健壮草莓苗匍匐茎顶芽,灭菌、消毒后进行热处理、灭菌消毒处理,茎尖初代培养后进行继代培养,达到第5代后再生根培养20~35d,然后进行草莓苗的驯化及移栽。结果显示:生根培养基中加入生长素IAA、IBA或NAA,可以大大提高诱导生根的速度和生根率,作用效果NAA>IBA>IAA。采用本研究方法获得的脱毒草莓苗进行大规模生产种植,草莓产量达3500kg/667m~2。

Abstract:For a settlement of several virus diseases of strawberry and a set of stem strawberries virus-free tissue culture technology experiment.The experiment Hongyan strawberry were from japan by us to test in Beijing Jinliuhuan agricultural gardens in 2009.From 2.0~3.0 cm long and healthy seedlings stem strawberries,disinfection and cleaning and disinfection recover after treatment with stem the generation after a training and tsugiyo,to the fth generation to take root for 20~35 d,and strawberry the alpha and transplant.The results showed that root in the media to IAA、IBAor NAA that can vastly improve and strengthen the roots,effect was naa >iba>iaa,adopt this method of strawberries in mass production of seedlings virus-free grow strawberries output up to 3 500 kg per 667 m~2.
