11-氨基十一酸的合成

摘    要:采用催化氨解方法 ,对以 11 溴代十一酸为原料合成 11 氨基十一酸的反应条件进行了研究。实验结果表明 ,氨解反应的最佳工艺条件为反应温度 2 0℃ ;反应时间 2 4h ;m(11 溴代十一酸 )∶m (催化剂 ) =2 0∶1;n (氨 )∶n (11 溴代十一酸 ) =9∶1,上述条件下 ,氨解反应收率达 70 %。与现有工艺相比 ,提高了氨解反应收率。

Abstract:Aminoundecanoic acid was synthesized by catalytic ammonolysis of 11-bromoundecanoic acid (Ⅰ).The optimal reaction conditions were that mass ratio of catalyst to Ⅰ was 1∶20,mole ratio of ammonia to Ⅰ was 9∶1,reaction temperature was 20 ℃,and reaction time was 24 h.Under these conditions,the yield was up to 70%.Compared with existing technologies,this technology increased the yield of ammonolysis reaction.
