赤峰永业城市广场工程地上钢柱安装技术

赤峰永业城市广场地上钢柱安装施工中,因现场安装使用吊车站位空间有限,原定用于吊装作业塔吊未能及时进场。为不影响工程工期,提出了利用现有吊车及自制的门式吊架完成了此段钢柱的安装方案。在钢柱安装过程中,从测量、焊接等方面严格控制施工质量,顺利完成钢柱的安装工程。该施工操作过程简单、安全可靠,达到了缩短施工周期,降低施工成本的目的。

INSTALLATION TECHNOLOGY OF GROUND STEEL COLUMNS FOR THE PROJECT OF YONGYE CITY SQUARE IN CHIFENG

In the construction of installing the ground steel columns for the Yongye City Square in Chifeng,due to the fact that the positioning space of installing and using crane was limited, the originally used for hoisting tower crane failed to enter in site timely. In order not to affect the project time limit for a project, the existing crane and self-made door hanger were used to complete this section steel column installation.This construction was simple in operation, safe and reliable, thereby realizing the goal of shortening the construction period, lowering construction cost. The construction quality was strictly controlled during the erection process of steel columns from the measurement and welding etc, successful completion of steel column installation was finally achieved.
