摘    要:针对传统的外环流转子活塞油气混输泵运行时存在易产生气阻、密封易失效、可靠性差和效率低等问题,对其结构做了4个方面的优化改进:(1)将悬臂式结构改进为简支式结构;(2)设计了转子平衡装置;(3)优化设计转子型线;(4)将箱体和泵体优化设计成一体。改进后新型泵的型式试验和近1年的现场运行状况表明,该泵有效地降低了轴承和转子部件的受力,改善了机械密封运行条件,缩小了密封间隙,防止了输气工况下产生的气阻现象,大大提高了油气混输的效率和可靠性。

Novel outer circular flow rotor piston oil-gas mnltiphase pump
Abstract:The optimized improvement of the structure of traditional outer circular flow rotor piston oil-gas multiphase pump in four aspects is made owing to its gas blockage, seal failure, poor reliability and low efficiency. The radial arm structure is changed to the free arm structure. The rotor balance equipment is designed. The rotor streamline is optimized, and the chamber body and pump body are designed into integrity. The streamline test of the improved novel pump and the field operation for about one year indicate that the pump can effectively decrease the force on bearing and rotor, thus improving the operating condition of mechanical sealing, reducing the sealing clearance, preventing the gas blockage under the gas transportation and greatly improving the efficiency and reliability of the pump.
