摘    要:普遍应用于工业探伤的无损检测设备-X射线探伤机.其核心部分是X射线管。本文设计制作了一种新型结构的X射线管。其阳极采用“大靶”并装有热管,根本上解决散热问题.同时使用无油超高真空排气技术.提高了管内真空度从而改进其性能。使探伤机的连续工作时间与效率提高了一倍。

Abstract:X-ray tube, as the core part of X-ray defectoscopes that are widely used in various industries, was developed recently on a new design basis. A big flanged tungsten target was introduced into the tube as anode with heat pipe fitted to it, thus rooting out the sheer difficulty of heat dissipation. The oil-free UHV outgassing technology was applied to the new X-ray tube to lower further its vacuum pressure and improve its performance. Using such a new X-ray tube. the service life/efficiency of the defectoscopes will both be 2 times longer/higher than existing ones.
