In terms of quality and environmental management, due to the special area, culture and language, in addition to the risks of conventional general contracting projects, the general contracting project in Vietnam will face special risks in important links such as approval, review and access, etc. It is necessary for the success of overseas projects to do a good job in risk analysis and put forward corresponding prevention and control measures.
