《绿色城市轨道交通车站评价标准》的特点与应用

随着我国绿色建筑的快速发展,绿色建筑评价标准的规范化与专业化日趋完善。介绍2019年8月由中国城市轨道交通协会与中国建筑节能协会联合发布的《绿色城市轨道交通车站评价标准》(T/CAMET 02001—2019)(注:中国建筑节能协会标准编号T/CABEE 002—2019)的编制背景、特点与应用情况。此标准在深入调研中国轨道交通车站建设特点及绿色交通建筑国内外发展趋势的基础上,建立场地、交通、能源、水、材料、站内环境、运营7类指标的绿色轨道交通车站评价体系,提出绿色车站建设的7大特点:车站概念的外延、交通效能的提升、城市空间协同、土地节约利用、能源精细化管理、站内环境优化、信息化运营管理,为绿色城市轨道交通车站的建设提供指导方法与建议。

Characteristics and Application of Assessment Standard for Green Urban Rail Transit Station

With the rapid development of green buildings in China in recent years, the standardization and specialization of green building evaluation standards have been increasingly improved. This article introduces the background, characteristics and application of the Assessment standard for green urban rail transit station issued by the China Rail Transit Association and the China Building Energy Conservation Association in August 2019. The green rail transit station evaluation system of seven types of indicators, including site, transportation, energy, water, materials, environment in the station, and operation, was established, and seven characteristics of green station construction were proposed: extension of station concept, improvement of traffic connection, coordination of urban space, land conservation and utilization, refined energy management, station environment optimization, and information operation management. This assessment standard provides guidance and suggestions for the construction of green urban rail transit stations.
