健康管理干预对血脂异常人群体重指数、血压和血脂的改善情况分析

目的 探讨健康管理对血脂异常人群体重指数、血压和血脂的改善作用. 方法 随机选择血脂异常患者300例定义为管理前组,然后对患者实施健康管理,于健康管理干预后定义为管理后组.比较分析管理干预前后患者的体检指标. 结果 管理后组体重指数(BMI)、收缩压、舒张压以及胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)均显著低于管理前组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).而腰围、血糖、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)变化差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05). 结论 健康管理对改善人体血脂异常的效果令人满意,可以应用于血脂异常人群.

Analysis on Effect of Health Management and Intervention on Improvement of BMI,Blood Pressure and Blood Lipid in Patients with Dyslipidemia

Objective To explore the effect of health management and intervention on improvement of body mass index（BMI）,blood pressure and blood lipid among dyslipidemia patients. Methods Three hundred patients with dyslipidemia were randomly selected as the pre-management group,and then health management and intervention were applied in the pre-management group.After health management and intervention,they were defined as the post-management group.The physical indicators of the two groups were compared. Results BMI,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,cholesterol,triglycerides and low-density lipoprotein cholesterin（LDL-C） in the post-management group were significantly lower than those in the pre-management group,and the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.However,the changes in the waistline,blood glucose,and high-density lipoprotein cholesterin（HDL-C） of the two groups were not statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusions Health management and intervention are effective in improving lipid abnormalities,which is suitable for patients with dyslipidemia.
