摘    要:在大量有关机制的研究基础上,针对真核蛋白质翻译起始,提出了核糖体沿mRNA滑动识别翻译起始位点的机制和核糖体从mRNA内部识别翻译起始位点的机制.

Abstract:The emphasis of translation initiation research in eukaryotes mainly lies in two aspects, which is the binding process of ribosome to mRNA and the recognition of the initiation sites.There are two types of binding process of the eukaryotes during the translation initiation. The ribosome binds to the 5'm7G cap, or directly enters the internal ribosome enter site (IRES).Some researchers also reported that eukaryotes can take both the AUG and AUG-cognate as start codons in translation initiation. Based on the research of the translation initiation mechanism, the scanning model and the internal initiation of translation model are brought forward. All these researches and hypothesis on the mechanism enrich the understanding of the translation initiation of eukaryotes.
