摘    要:随着计算机图像处理技术的快速发展,针对选矿过程特有的长流程、变工况等复杂特性,计算机图像处理技术所具有的非接触性、直观性和智能性为选矿过程在线检测带来了质的变革。目前现有的在线图像检测系统都是通过就地端CCD进行图像采集,再将采集到的图像传输至图像处理工作站中进行分析处理,但在环境复杂且传输距离很长的工业现场,图像的传输过程存在很大的不稳定性,且安装布线难度较大,往往会出现丢帧或延迟现象,使在线检测设备的故障率很高。因此,基于嵌入式系统提出一种集成在线图像检测系统研发,采用B/S三层架构模式,通过网络进行数据流和视频流的同步传输,实现在线测量与监控。同时,系统良好接入浮选流程优化控制系统,实现工业闭环控制,通过实时调整,动态牵引模型和测量结果,作用于智能控制,达到所需平衡。

Abstract:With the rapid development of computer image processing technology, the non-contact, intuitive and intelligent features of computer image processing technology have brought qualitative changes to the online detection of mineral processing process for the long process and variable working conditions. At present, the existing on-line image detection systems collect images by local CCD, and then transmit the collected images to the image processing workstation for analysis and processing. However, in the industrial scene with complex environment and long transmission distance, the image transmission process is unstable, and the installation and wiring are difficult, which often leads to frame loss or delay. The failure rate of detection equipment is very high. Therefore, this paper proposes an integrated on-line image detection system based on embedded system, using B / S three-tier architecture mode, synchronous transmission of data stream and video stream through the network to realize online measurement and monitoring. At the same time, the system is well connected to the flotation process optimization control system to realize industrial closed-loop control. Through real-time adjustment, dynamic traction model and measurement results, the system acts on intelligent control and achieves the required balance.
