| 摘 要： | 目的：分析桂产藿香蓟挥发油的化学成分。方法：采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取藿香蓟挥发油，GC-MS联用技术分离并鉴定其成分，并用面积归一化法测定成分的相对含量。结果：共鉴定出16个化合物，占挥发油总量的97．43％。结论：桂产藿香蓟挥发油主要化学成分是早熟素Ⅱ（43．29％）、石竹烯（24．48％）、α-毕澄茄油烯（10．18％）、倍半水芹烯（8．32％）、早熟素Ⅰ（7．77％）。

| Abstract: | Objective: To analyze the chemical composition of the essential oil in Ageratum conyzoides.L from Guangxi. Methods: The essential oil of Ageratum conyzoides.L, was extracted by steam distillation and the constituents were separated and identified by GC-MS, and then their relative contents were determined by the area normalization method. Results: Sixteen kinds of compounds were identified, occupying 97.43% of the essential oil. Conclusions: The main chemical constituents of the essential oil in Ageratum conyzoides.L from Guangxi are 6,7- dimethoxy-2,2-dimethyl-2H-1-Benzopyran(43.29%), Caryophyllene (24.48%), α-Cubebene(10.18%), s-(R * ,s *) ]-3-(1,5-dimethyl-4-hexenyl) -6-methylene-Cyclohexene (8.32%)and 7-methoxy-2,2-dimethyl-2H-1- Benzopyran(7.77%). |
