对接焊缝缺陷的超声导波检测试验

摘    要:应用超声导波技术对预制缺陷的对接焊缝试块进行检测试验,运用多功能声定位超声检测系统Isonie2007的导波功能对焊缝中4种不同类型的缺陷进行探测。试验表明,在一定的条件下,超声导波能检出不同类型缺陷的位置和大小,检测结果直观,对实际焊缝缺陷检测具有指导意义。

Abstract:The ultrasonic guided wave technology was used to test the precast block defect of butt weld test, the guided wave function of multi-function acoustic positioning system Isonic 2007 was used to detect four different types of defects in the weld joint. The test results show that, under certain conditions, the ultrasonic guided wave can detect the size and location of the different types of defects, which has guiding significance for detection of actual weld defects.
