浅谈高职教育如何开展创新教育

“创新是人类的根本属性，创新是一个民族发展的动力”。在高等职业教育中进行创新教育，培养学生的自主创新素质，已成为职业教育发展的必然选择。文章从当前高职教育现状入手，比较传统教育与创新教育优劣，分析创新教育的五个过程，并着重论述了创新活动课程教学模式及其五个基本要素，简要介绍了体验式学习模式和自主创新性学习模式。

How to develop innovative education in higher vocational education

＂Innovation is the fundamental attribute of human beings and innovation is the motive power of development of a naLion.＂ To develop innovative educaLion in the higher vocational education to train the students＂ independent innovation quality has become the inevitable choice of the development of vocational education. Starting with the current situation of the higher vocational education, this paper compares the advantages and disadvantages of traditional education and innovative education, analyzes the five processes of innovative education and puts emphasis on the teaching mode of innovative curriculum and its five basic factors, h also introduces the experiential learning model and the independent innovative learning model.
