| 摘 要： | 作为军队医学生培养的关键环节之一，见习教学随着社会及军队需求的变化不断进步。转换教学理念、改革教学大纲、加强硬件建设、强化师资队伍建设、探索以器官系统为中心的教学新模式、践行以学员为中心的见习教学是我院多年见习教学经验。在此试论在见习教学中所面临的主要矛盾、采取的应对措施以及所取得的成果。
