临床药师对1例合并机会性感染艾滋病患者的药学监护

目的：通过临床药师对合并机会性感染艾滋病患者实施药学监护的过程,探讨药师在临床治疗中发挥的作用。方法：针对具体病例,协助医师为患者制订有效的治疗方案;为患者建立药历,针对患者在用药期间所出现的药品不良反应而提出合理的药学监护措施及健康教育计划。结果：临床药师为患者实施药学监护可提高药物治疗水平,提高患者用药的安全性及有效性,改善其生活质量。结论：临床药师参与临床药物治疗实践,有利于提高临床药物治疗水平,使用药更加规范化。

Pharmaceutical Care for an AIDS Patient with Opportunistic Infection by Clinical Pharmacists

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the role of clinical pharmacists in clinical treatment through the implementation process of pharmaceutical care for AIDS patients with opportunistic infection. METHODS： Based on the specific case, clinical pharmacists assisted physicians to develop effective treatment programs, established medicine history of patients and put forward reasonable measures of pharmaceutical care and health education programs based on adverse drug reactions of patients during the treatment. RESULTS： Clinical pharmacists provided pharmaceutical care for patient to improve the level of drug treatment and safety and effectiveness of medication, and promoted the quality of life. CONCLUSION： Involvement of clinical pharmacists in therapeutic practice could improve the level of pharmacotherapy, and the use of drugs is more standardized.
