一体化成型电感铁粉心软磁复合材料研究进展

摘    要:一体化成型电感是具有小体积、超薄和大电流下应用的新型功率电感器,对其制备材料的研究主要集中在铁粉心软磁复合材料上。分析了一体化成型电感的国内外研究和生产状况及其对铁粉心材料的要求。综述了铁粉心材料的理论、实验研究进展,分析了现行一体化成型电感用铁粉心材料研究中的不足,指出了一体化成型电感用铁粉心材料的研究重点是提高其磁导率。最后展望了铁粉心材料未来的发展趋势。

Abstract:Molding inductor is a kind of novel power inductor with small volume and ultra-thin thickness for high current applications.The research of molding inductor is focused on iron powder core soft magnetic composite materials.The status quo of worldwide molding inductor production and research is analyzed,the molding inductor demands for iron powder core soft magnetic composite materials is also analyzed.The theory and experiment research developments in iron powder core soft magnetic composite materials are reviewed.The shortcomings in the research in iron powder core soft magnetic composite materials are analyzed,and it is pointed out that the increasing of permeability is the research focus on iron powder core soft magnetic composite materials.Finally,the development trend of iron powder core soft magnetic composite materials in future is proposed.
