催化蒸馏法干气制乙苯工艺的研究

摘    要:研究了改性β沸石催化剂上催化蒸馏法干气制乙苯的工艺过程 ,考察了各工艺参数对烷基化反应的影响 ,提出了适宜的工艺条件 :催化剂装填体积分数 2 0 % ,乙烯质量空速 0 2 87h- 1 ,进料苯烯摩尔比≥ 2 5 ,反应压力≥ 2 0MPa ,反应温度 14 0~ 180℃ ,干气乙烯体积分数≥ 12 %。此时乙烯转化率可达 95 %以上 ,乙苯选择性大于 95 % ,烷基化反应基本无二甲苯生成

Abstract:The alkylation of benzene with ethylene in dry gas over modified β zeolite catalyst by catalytic distillation has been studied.After the influence of technological parameters on the alkylation was investigated,the appropriate operating conditions were proposed as follows:catalyst packing fraction 20%,ethylene WHSV 0 287 h -1 ,feed molar ratio of benzene to ethylene ≥2 5,pressure ≥2 0 MPa,temperature 140~180 ℃,ethylene molar fraction in dry gas≥12%.Under these conditions,the conversion of ethylene is over 95%,the selectivity of ethylbenzene is over 95% and there is almost no dimethylbenzene produced during the alkylation.
